Service Terms & Conditions

1) Working Hours

Our standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight with a maximum of 16 hours per day.

2) Responsibility for Damages

If any damage occurs during dismantling, deconstruction, or transportation, National Scrap Solutions will take responsibility and perform the necessary rectifications.

3) Site Cleaning & Debris Removal

Upon completion, we ensure thorough site cleaning, removal of all debris, and disposal as per the instructions of the respective local authorities.

4) Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

We comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to dismantling, scrap removal, and transportation of debris from the project site.

5) Safety Measures

Our team follows all required safety measures and site precautions throughout execution to ensure a safe working environment.

6) Prior Intimation

Before removing material from the premises, we will inform concerned officials in advance via phone or email.

7) Scope of Work

We will not dismantle or remove any items that are outside the agreed scope of work as per the approved quotation or work order.
